Oh dear. This man does not understand cultural appropriation -- according to him, non-Jamaican blacks who wore dreadlocks would be appropriating Rastafarian culture. Minorities can't ever appropriate from other minorities, it's always about a dominant culture and a minority culture. Unless you're Beyoncé, of course. She culturally appropriated, but only because she's a woman who doesn't have agency or power and was manipulated by some white devils into it.
Now Bieber has copped some flak for his new dreadlocks, with fans yet again taking to Instagram to lash out at the singer.
"If you knew about dreadlocks and the HISTORY behind them like I previously mentioned you would understand it's not exactly ok for him to just decide to style his hair in that manner," one said.
