Canada's nazi problem

The basic facts about European history is that Russia, Prussia, France, England, Rome, Ottoman were generally jostling borders and usually the others didn't like it when one of them was growing too much. Borders have been shifting in Europe for millennia, and we are slowly readjusting post-Cold War era.
And nothing changed from that time. British still don't like the size of Russia so they started proxy war because of that.

I, on the other hand, perfectly fine with the the size of Russia but now think that Ukraine should be back in Russia.

And don't forget that Poland, Baltic states and Finland were part of Russian Empire.
Just saying.
Doesn't mean they wanted to be part of Russia.

When your government fell apart many pieces chose to leave because they didn't want to be part of your country. You seem to feel you have some right to force them back in.

But none of those states were part of Soviet Russia. They were nominally independent, but controlled by Russians. Ukraine and the Baltic states were separate "Soviet Socialist Republics" that even held separate seats in the UN (all of which voted as a bloc with Russia, of course). Everyone knew that, but the Soviet Union made some effort to pretend that everyone was equal, except for those that were more equal than others. It was the subject of Orwell's allegorical Animal Farm. I think that barbos has completely bought into Putin's historical claptrap and sense of entitlement to all the territories occupied by the Russian Empire, which had actually annexed the greater part of the territory of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and lands to the south that once belonged to the Ottoman Empire. So he sees the furthest extent of the Russian Empire in the 19th century as territory that Russia is entitled to possess. Or, at least, he wants to pretend that he sees it that way. It tends to get a reaction out of people.

You live closer to GB than I do. How the fuck is your response relevant??
I told you how. You are yapping non stop about mythical imperial aspirations of modern Russia, completely ignoring what modern GB is doing.

Modern Russia let everybody (even the ones who did not really have such right) go, with expectations that they appreciate that fact. Instead they allowed themselves to be used against Russia. So solutions is obvious - Russia takes them back.
They did not allow themselves to be used against Russia. You chose to try to force them back and they said no--and we are simply raising the volume of that "no".

Utter BS. Former and even current US puppets are on record accusing US in recruiting them to be pain in the ass for Russia
