Apparently someone is talking about actually making such a show. I'll be honest, there's not a lot on TV that still interests me, but I can't think of much that would interest me less. I think if someone made a TV show that featured nothing but children being tortured with medieval devices, perhaps I would be less interested in that.

Why the [bad word] would anyone want to watch abusers interviewing other abusers and assaulters? What would be the appeal of such a thing?

What idiot thought this show would be a good idea? Someone should start interviewing his (and you know it's gotta be a male) former employees.

I used to love Charlie Rose. I used to specifically cite him as en example of an interviewer who actually knows how to conduct an interview, ie: by knowing how to shut up and let the guest talk. I will bail out of any video wherein the one doing the interviewing persists in asking their guest a question, only to continually interrupt when they try to respond. In this ever-faster media circus, that kind of thing is happening all the time.

All that being said, I wouldn't watch the proposed show, and I agree with you that it's a horrible idea.

It would be interesting to see it if it was subtitled with info pointing out how much they lacked empathy and self awareness and also a commentary track by the victims. Also no money for Rose.

Maybe it was a woman who's tired of all the whining about how unjustly they were treated, how many years ago the abuse was, how 'everyone did it' and how the women should have just shrugged it off.

"You should go on TV," she says. "Explain to America how your side works." Not because she wants them to get sympathy or forgiveness, but so the country can see these whiny little bitches whine pathetically on each other's shoulders.

While the abusers think, "I'll get my story out to REAL people, not the feminist-stacked juries! THEN we'll see! Oh, yes, we'll see!"

It'll be like Jerry Springer episodes, where you'd just as soon shoot all the fuckers on the stage, but it's fascinating to think that EVERY ONE OF THEM thought America would take their side in whatever drama is being smeared across the stage...


Stick a pin in this, this could be Trump's next reality show. Every week he could bring on someone who was employed in the white house for at least 4 hours, then dissect the Democratic/Media/Crooked Hillary conspiracy to hold them accountable for their actions....

I don't know the specifics of Rose himself. I read what he was accused of, but did he get convicted of something? I know he confessed but I don't know what to.
