There is just so much wrong with this. Firstly, the NCAA has to hold the tournament because MONEY!!! That money argument tripled to quadrupled the number of people dying a day in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, etc... I'm sick of hearing people saying we need to allow people to needlessly die because MONEY!!!
Secondly, at times I think Americans forget that College sports use college students to play games. Use an "isolated" bubble for the tournament. That is a great idea... except unlike professional athletes that get paid and play sports for a living, college sports involves college students who are supposedly going to college! Now for a rare few of these people, they are in the NBA Minor in reality, but in for almost every other basketball player, they are taking courses which don't exactly mesh well with a self-imposed quarantine to play basketball!
