let's hope you have to have cancer (in remission) in the first place and COVID symptoms have to be severe enough.
Al in all I had covid 3 times, albeit in ever lighter form each time. I had some weird symptoms the fourth time which I can't identify as COVID, I felt very tired and weak for a .... half (!!!) a day, it was weird, have never had this before.
I suspect almost everybody had been infected, it just most did not have symptoms noticeable enough.

The RFK support base have been doing that since the 1960s, though they didn't get particularly numerous until the late '90s, when Wakefield attempted to defaud the NHS by publishing his bogus paper linking MMR vaccine to autism.
 
I had my Covid and flu shots this week. I was told they were the same vacs as last year. And they didn't bother to update the vac record card I've been cxarrying for 4 years. Noody bothers wearing a mask anymore, not even at the hospital.

I believe that the flu shot is the same as last year because RFKjr's mighty best of the best team of idiots never got around to advising on a different one and the old one is authorized.

But the Covid vaccines are new this fall. Updated to the current strains.

Hmmm, apparently they still vaccinate in Russia too. But I don't know anybody who have done it.
I have had covid at least 3 times. Probably more, but last couple of times were so mild and indefinite that I can't be sure.
Bird Flu they promise will be way worse than Covid. Let's hope Trump dies or his term expires before that.
 
*sigh* I was just reminiscing about Thanksgiving during covid when insufferable prick Gavin Newsom, governor of California issued guidelines about thanksgiving get togethers. What a joke.

If I recall, we were supposed to sit 6' apart, pull down our masks to take a bite of food, then pull up the mask while chewing. Unless of course, you were eating at the French Laundry, in which case, no masks were required.
 
Yes, I recall that too. But that was far along after the worst of the virus was over and vaccines started becoming avaialable.
 
Yesterday, Indian President, Mrs. Droupadi Murmu, started a new polio vaccine drive and requested all parents to get their children the drops.
