Doctored OPCW Report on Alleged Chemical Weapons Attack in Syria

I know, Wikileaks made a mistake of leaking DNC emails, and hence should be hated, but still, nobody disputes content of their leaks.
So looks like OPCW was caught lying at least in one case of chemical attack in Syria.
The whistleblower said “this misrepresentation was achieved by selective omission, introducing a bias which undermines the credibility of the report.”

Material was redacted “at the behest of the Office of the Director General.” The alleged incident was based on reports by (al-Qaeda-connected White Helmets) that were present in Douma at the time.”

They falsely said Syrian aircraft dropped cylinders containing toxins on Douma.

The OPCW falsely claimed to find the presence of “chlorine, or another reactive chlorine-containing chemical” at the incident’s alleged site.

Chlorine is the major ingredient of widely used household bleach.

A source has told me that the OPCW report, which was eventually published on July 7, 2018, was stripped of a vital fact at the last minute: the traces of chlorinated material which were found at the site were so small, and so easily available, that they could simply not be said to show that chlorine gas was employed.

The Mail on Sunday has also been told that, in the days before the original document was due to be published, a second report shorn of many of its most important findings was prepared behind the backs of most of the OPCW scientists.

A source inside the OPCW says that this move was discovered at the last minute. It was then met with protests from scientists, including the email sent to two senior OPCW officials, which The Mail on Sunday has seen. The source says a compromise was offered in which the truth about the tiny traces of chlorine would be told, though the report would still be heavily redacted.

None of what you said refutes what was reported. People started leaking info and it does not look pretty on US and GB. And DailyMail is not a crackpot site, not even you can say that and their article is much much much more devastating than Globalresearch.

The Daily Fail isn't a crackpot site, it's just not careful with the truth.

Do you deny anything they reported?
 
Accepting a fake report does make the US and GB look stupid. Not nearly as bad as Assad or his allies or the dupes who feel a need to defend his crimes against humanity. Now, if someone had evidence that Assad never used chemical weapons, that would be a real story.
 
Fake report? It all looks like at least this one time chemical attack was staged. Which makes you wonder if other were staged as well.

Assad did not write that report. And yes, multiple lines of evidence points toward attack being staged by someone other than Assad (most likely by White Helmets), and these lines of evidence were edited out by OPCW, hence this scandal.

Reading comprehension failure. The post was about other attacks. Are you claiming you have evidence that the Assad regime did not engage in any chemical weapon attacks?

So you are OK with OPCW lies, as long as Assad is at least slightly bad guy?

Yes, we have evidence that suggests that other attacks were staged as well, were they all staged? we don't know that.
But what we know for sure is that OPCW edited out very important information at least in this last case.
