So the big crime is....

Why don't we just get a copy of all of Hillary's emails from Eric Snowden?
Her emails, because they aren't on a government server, are safe from Snowden silly.

Wow. It's obvious Hillary knew something was hinky. She should be investigated for not sharing this information.
Also, to say that a "technical violation" of the law should not be prosecuted is kind of weird and opens a door to a whole new defense strategy for any crime ...You know, it is funny that people do offer a "defense" of criminal wrong doing on claims of "it was only a technical violation of the law" so not serious. To the extreme it is only a technical violation that people happen to die after being shot. All the perpetrator did was pull a trigger so that is all they should be charged with if that is a crime.

Hillary should be charged with something other than a slap on the wrist, and plead guilty. At the very least, like her ambassador, she should never work for government again.

You missed the drum and hit dead air. Try
Gross Criminal Negligence and intentional misuse of classified data.
Ta..da...bing!
Well once we know that a law has actually been broken, then maybe we can discuss that.
She may not get another job but she is certainly trying her damnedest to get another one. At least the news media is reporting that she is campaigning for a special job. I guess they could be just making it all up and Hillary has long since retired to a little love nest with Bill.I don't think she'll be taking any more jobs at her age.
And the political witch-hunt continues. Hopefully they will find a blue dress with Hillz jillz.
Too bad we can't prosecute those Republicans for dereliction of duty--the eternal witch hunts rather than doing the job they were elected to do.
TomSawyer said:To be fair, if they weren't going on a witch hunt against Clinton, they'd still find another reason to not do their jobs. It's not like they ever intended to do anything in the first place.
How about the gross negligence called the invasion of Iraq?
How about the gross negligence called the housing mortgage crisis?
How about the gross negligence called turning a surplus into a never ending deficit?
When do we see the prosecutions for this REAL negligence where real harm has occurred?
I didn't know the FBI was on a witch hunt.
You persecute a witch, but you prosecute a criminal.
I'm all for prosecution.

Well then get back to me when indictments are handed down or actual charges are filed.

But then Max won't have anything to do and he'll get bored.

Floundering. Write a letter to the FBI giving your amazing legal defense - I'm sure they will be impressed.

Nawww...the corruption of the current administration is a bottomless well.
