I find it quite hypocritical that Gaetz is mercilessly attacked for this while we are told on this forum that a Democratic state legislator getting child porn of 5 year olds (!) is not a big deal because New Hampshire is a small state.

With that clause restored, the answer is clearly "yes".

It's perhaps, in some circumstances, not immoral. In some jurisdictions, it's not illegal. But yes, it's absolutely and unquestionably sleazy.
