Fascism in action in Los Angeles County

The word "fascist" has been very watered down recently. It was getting that way before, but in the last 4 years it has come to mean anyone who doesn't subscribe to the woke mob. But in this case it really does apply in its original form.

Is this county policy, though, or just malpractice?

Yeah, this sounds like a kook doctor that should lose their license, not like a policy. If it were a policy there would be many cases.

And if it were a fascist policy, there'd be someone insusting they (city, county) didn't need the parent's permission to do it.

Right. Fascism would be if, for instance, the head of a government organized a secret police force and sent them out on the streets to brutalize his designated enemies.
At least that didn't happen.
