Fox News Poll: Trump job approval hits new high as voters rally during crisis

Start of article be like...
article (my emphasis) said:
Approval of President Trump’s job performance inches up to a record high in the latest Fox News Poll, as voters rally to both the White House and Congress in the fight against coronavirus.Amid widespread concerns about the virus’s spread and personally getting infected, 49 percent approve of the job Trump is doing as president. That’s up from 48 percent two weeks ago and 47 percent in late February.

Yeah, polling numbers be like... 49% approval. "Voters rally during crisis"?!

The actual polling numbers aren’t particularly significant one way or the other, but the trend is important and could impact the election. Obviously though poll numbers at this point are way too premature. But if the economy quickly recovers this summer, Trump will most likely reap a huge benefit. He'll take the credit rightly or wrongly and the populace will likely give it to him. This whole thing could help his re-election. If the Democrats really only cared about the election, they shouldn’t have voted for the relief package. They should have let the economy tank. The voters would have blamed him and the Republican Party in November. Dems just aren’t that Machiavellian.

Wooohooo...what, maybe a 5 point bump? Now here is a 'rally during crisis' with nearly 40 points:

And the Shrub was President twice And this slimy cunning Clownstick is twice as slippery. Watch out poor US of A!

History doesn't repeat, but man I wish it would cease it's obsession with rhyming.

It's a pretty bad rhyme right now though - shrub at the end of 1/06 was around where PINO is now:

About half -- 49% -- approve of how the President is handling coronavirus, and 48% disapprove. Even though that number is higher than his overall approval, it has also dipped slightly in recent weeks, from 51% approval and 44% disapproval.

I am totally gobsmacked that 49% approve of his negligent genocide. I'd like to know who the five percent of Biden's 48% are who approve of it:

Former Vice President Joe Biden tops Trump in the 2020 matchup, leading 48% to Trump's 43% among registered voters, according to the Poll of Polls.

That's not a big enough lead for Biden to win anyhow. Piece of cake for the Trump Mob to suppress 5%, and ballot tampering will take care of the rest.

Oh for CS (choose your favorite standin for C)! Ds are running ahead of Rs by 10 percent.

538 polls show Trump approval nowhere near where FAUX puts him. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/

...and he's getting about two hours national face time every dang gagging day.

Time to warm up the old YOU'RE FIRED sign

If corona crisis resolves and economy gets back to normal before elections "I don’t take responsibility at all" President would surely take all the credit for that.

Real Clear Politics

Biden - 48.9%
Trump - 43.0%

Biden up by 5.9%

What may kill Trump in November is simple Trump fatigue. The US will not be returning to normal in the 6 1/2 months until election day.
People will be unhappy, and will be depleting their savings. Economic disruption to our society will still be working its evil. Had a bad day at work? Kick the dog! Had a bad year in the USA? Kick Trumpo the Clown.
