Hannity-linked real estate form fraudulently foreclosed homes for profit

Huh? Of course it's wrong. I'm just saying that the thread title is wrong.

It's misdirected, not wrong. Hannity didn't do anything fraudulent (which is what the title implies). But the property dealer did commit fraud.

Two quotes:
Brock pleaded guilty in 2016 to federal charges of bank fraud and conspiracy for his role in an operation to rig foreclosure auctions between 2007 and 2012.
Hannity has not been accused of any wrongdoing and there is no evidence he was aware that Brock was involved in fraud.

Additionally, the title of the thread is the title of the linked article. Which implies that it's not "wrong" - it's simply repeating the title of the article itself.

Aside from all this... I got a bit of a giggle out of the fact that Hannity is protected by Superman...
Christopher Reeves, an attorney for Hannity...
:p

And that's not wrong??

It names the wrong responsible party. That's wrong.

If anything, looks like Hannity was fleeced.

One of the actual crazy things about the '08 crash was how much property was absorbed by Hedge Funds. It was a great investment. Help cause the crash and then benefit from it.

Technically, it doesn't. Also, don't hold the OP responsible for the biased wording of the article.

And that's acceptable behavior where you're from?

Hannity wasn't the one doing the fraud. The houses were in foreclosure and the banks conducted an auction. (Happens all the time.) Someone unrelated to Hannity's company schemed with others to keep the auction prices low. That someone then sold the houses to Hannity's outfit at a stark markup. If you're intent is to smear someone you don't like with fraudulent activity, at least get your facts straight.

This is so complicated a 3 year old could not understand it. That's why capitalism is doomed to fail.

We're not inside his head and so we don't know what he knows. He's also known to lie. I'm going with that he probably didn't know but am open to changing that based on more info.

The scene in Casablanca where Inspector Reneau is being handed cash while exclaiming 'I'm shocked there is gambling in this establishment..' when closing down Rick's casino.

Business as usual. The thing is he used an Obama program to make money, a program he criticized.

So? I criticized Trump's tax reforms, but I'm definitely not going to pay more taxes than required ;)
He makes a living criticizing, being hypercritical of anything done by Democrats. To the best of my knowledge, you weren't paid to speak out against the Tax Cut.

It still doesn't much matter. Someone else did something scandalous. It's guilt by association with very little association required.

I don't think there's really much need to drum up extraneous an hyperbolic reasons to dislike this guy, is there? It seems like he's managed to achieve 'thoroughly unlikable' status all on his own. :p
