Like, I've seen people being accused of pedophilia for a LOT of things that aren't pedophilic. It does look like he has a pretty long arm there, but if you look at Creepy Joe's posture, he is leaning forward with his body twisted a little clockwise. The video shows his hand & arm movements up to that point, and the movements look pretty fluid. Besides, what would be the point of faking this particular sequence? There are already several clips showing similar actions with other girls.
