The law says something, or it does not. There is no "basically", there's just the text of the law.

Even Baltic "States" were quite happy in Russian Empire and should have been back in it after dissolution of the USSR.
And Finland :) They are soviet heritage and should be part of Russian Empire where they were quite happy actually.

Well, pro-"ukrainain" could emigrate to the Canada.

No Crimeans nor Eastern ukrainians ever voted to join Ukraine and in fact voted to leave it in 2014 and 1992. Crimeans even had explicit written right to leave which was illegaly taken away. Same with Western Ukraine, they never voted to join Ukraine. Moreover, Ukraine never really voted to leave USSR.

To be fair, the video I posted is more than 3 years old (for obvious reasons) and most of these nazi pigs are already dead, thanks to Russia.

I think there is nonzero chance of Alaska going back to Russia :)

By the way, I heard a claim that US actually did not pay for Alaska, I mean they sent gold but it was not received because apparently the ship was "lost" at sea and british insurance company did not pay. Basically. Alaska was stolen.

I heard a claim that Russia is just Disneyland for drunks. I mean they don't have fancy park rides but they have a cartoon character running the show.
