It was the west who violated Minsk agreements and it was the west who literally ordered elensky to violate any agreements which would have left Ukraine with Donbas. Western nazi scum lead by Biden and BoJo thought that Russia was weak and would collapse under sanctions and attacks from their ukraine proxy.
The west must pay the price for their aggression against Russia.
