Images that make you laugh

I have no idea who Lithgow is. But I have close to zero interest in knowing who the celebrities are. I have never watched an Oscar or similar things. There are a few movie stars I could name but most of them died long ago. I could identify John Wayne, Henry Fonda, Robert Mitchum. People like that.
You do know there are other centuries, right? :p
I like movies from that last century better.
Lithgow is an acting heavyweight from the 20th Century. He was in Terms of Endearment! He was endeared to a larger audience by starring in 3rd Rock From The Sun.
He’s a heavyweight in this century too. Conclave, Killers of the Flower Moon, Interstellar, The Crown (as Churchill).

Never saw any of those. I only watch movies that I've already seen. I hate having to pay attention.
My brother does that. He only watches shows and movies he's already seen. Thing is, while the film or show is playing, he does a running narrative, telling what is going to happen and warning the actors about it.

"You better be careful mate, you don't know what's behind that door!"

OK That's a little strange.

This is not logically possible unless he does not watch any shows or movies...
?

He's saying you can't watch something again if you don't watch it the first time. That's correct. In my case most of my stuff I saw first 20 or more years ago. I do see new stuff sometimes. Mainly family TV time. But when I'm watching by myself I don't watch new things because I'm usually doing something else too.

Okay I get it...

I think this is from the Oscars, but I don't get the humor. 'Splain, Lucy.

He endeared himself to me when he appeared as Dr. Emilio Lizardo in The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. :D
