If enough people ride your ass in traffic that you want to buy that sticker, then perhaps it is time to consider that you are the problem.

All things considered, no matter who you are, chances are there are people in traffic with you that want to go slower than you want to go, and people who want to go faster than you want to go. So on average, you're going to sometimes be the one behind a "slowpoke" getting frustrated, and other times people are going to be getting frustrated with you. If one happens consistently more than the other, then you are probably outside the norm in your driving habits.

In light traffic in general they're going to pass you, not ride your ass. In heavy traffic it's unlikely you are able to drive at your chosen speed. Thus ass-riding is unlikely to be related to your behavior.
