But I took the extra time I needed to google the books of the Bible, and it sounds like she's also claiming there are no Romans in Paul's Epistle to the Romans, nor any Corinthians in Paul's Epistles to the Corinthians.

If you want to get picky about it, technically, since it's addressed "To all in Rome who are loved by God", and, actually, there weren't any, since God doesn't, technically, you know, exist and stuff, I guess that's a No.

There are in the gospels for sure.

Besides, you don't need to be a protagonist to be in the Bible. I'm pretty sure Pontius Pilate was a white dude.
