In light of all the brouhaha about Kavenaugh, why no attention toward the Keith Ellison accusations?

What courts would those be, Loren?

One judge--ONE judge--not court but a judge-granted a restraining order against Alexander and one judge failed to grant her a restraining order against Ellison but did grant one against his attorney. This was during a time when Ellison was a prominent politician--he was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives with a LOT of pull. He was nominated and won a national seat in Congress the following year.

We routinely call judicial rulings to be actions of the court.
