Her infamous tweet from 2012 was specifically directed at Israel defending itself against aggression from Gaza. Gaza has not been occupied by Israel since 2005. Gaza responded by attacking Israel ever since then with rockets and mortars, by digging tunnels into Israeli territory and, since last year, by violently rioting at the border (including throwing grenades and other explosive devices) and by sending balloons with explosive and incendiary devices on a daily basis.

Somebody needs to ask Omar about her views on Hamas. After all, they are the driving force behind the attacks from Gaza against Israel, including the incendiary and explosive balloons of recent months. Some journalist really needs to grill her on this.

The question that represents the elephant in the room and is ignored is : How has is it been possible that Islam has been able to ilfritate the very corridors of the American government? There's a handful of members now, but how many more will be able to get themselves elected by say, 2100?

What Netanyahu has been "doing to Palestinians" is defend against Palestinian, Islamic terrorism. Not sufficiently mind you, he is ignoring the incendiary balloons that have caused hundreds if not thousands of fires in the Gaza envelope over the last year. I think Netanyahu should be more forceful against the incendiary balloon teams and actively target them as combatants that they are.

First of all, that's not true. Secondly, we have free speech in the US and criticizing one's country is not wrong. When we criticize our country it's because we want it to be better. It's not hate. It's a desire to make it better. Israel, imo, deserves to be criticized. Again, they are criticizing the things that they think are wrong with the US and with Israel. They don't spew hatred. That's a lie.

I'm not as far left as the four young women, but one of the things I've always liked about the Democratic party is its diversity of thought and ideas. Unlike the Repugs who act like sheep, agreeing with their master Trump, no matter how disgusting his rhetoric is, is a better example of a party that often spews out hate. Sure, they have the right to say what they want, but to me, they look like hateful, spoiled bullies. If that's the way to win in 2020, then I weep for the future of my country, which has always been imperfect, but at least in the past we were making small steps towards progress. I guess for every step forward, we take several steps backward.

And, while I don't have a link right now, if you go back and watch some of the things that Trump said about the US before and during his last campaign, his criticisms of the US were far worse and far more unwarranted than anything the four women have said. What a hypocrite!
