The last remaining hurdle will be met in 14 months, and with a little help from the corrupt SCOTUS, should be cleared easily with the fascists gaining seats in the House and maintaining a majority in the Senate.

I think most of the Republicans in Congress are fully aware of the plan, and are going along in hopes that they will emerge among the elite rulers in the New Order.
