At least we're likely the last in line for retribution and we're pretty anonymous. That doesn't make it good, but us heathens can hide in plain sight.

I don't know what I personally am going to do about it, but if they come knocking on my door to reeducate me, the term "Blaze of Glory" will apply.

I can only say Hallelujah, brother, high time. Trump is single-handedly righting the wrongs of 20 long centuries. Think about all the Christians who died in the Crusades, which were basically archaelogical preservation expeditions. Think of the merchants and entrepeneurs who took sick because of the pestilence on board the slave ships. Bondsmen marketers are pretty much the definition of JOB CREATORS, think about it. And every one of them risked their lives aboard those germy ships, let's get serious here. Think of the Christians who were brutally killed by the Aztecs and Incas, when they came in a spirit of cultural exchange. Oh, and Joan of Arc, Michael Servetus, William Tyndale, and Giordano Bruno, among many many others, KILLED FOR THEIR BELIEFS while many watched their executions in silence. What does that tell you??? And in our day, the church is under assault from not only scientists but philosophers and logicians. And public school teachers. Don't even get me started on them. Abstinence-Only should be the lesson!! Learn from Jesus. Abstinence works!! Because Mary...she...I'll get back to you.

I doubt that Infidels need to be reminded that "The U.S. was founded as a Christian country" is an ignorant myth. The three top intellectuals among the Founding Fathers -- Jefferson, Madison and Franklin -- all specifically rejected most Christian dogma. According to his biographer David McCullough, even John Adams -- a deeply religious man -- did not believe in the trinity and rejected the divinity of Jesus. And all the Founding Fathers, whether Christian or not, insisted on Freedom of Religion and the Separation of Church and State.

Perhaps the Christian-America meme refers to the earliest colonists. But Virginia was founded by adventurers. And even the Mayflower carried some adventurers and fugitives with no religious motive.

It remains true however that the vast bulk of the European population was devoutly Christian. It was Christians who were busy building the USA on genocide, slavery and oppression.

Would the anti-Christian bias include the hate on the bishop who gave that sermon pleading for Trump to have mercy on Inauguration Day?

Well I, for one, welcome our new Christian overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted Internet Infidel, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil at rounding up immigrants to toil in their underground sugar caves. ...Wait, What? /s

Are you saying that Musk's slacker nerds could be trolling on iidb...looking at user names, assessing TTC levels (Threat To Christianity), tracking identities?
Well, I think this calls for a response, as does any encroachment on speech and liberty. I say:
JESUS IS LORD!! ONE WAY!!! ONE WAY!!! AMEN! THIS BLOOD'S FOR YOU!! HONK IF YOU THINK SHE WAS IMMACULATE!!!

I should buy a blazer.

I can only imagine the large scale changes that are necessary to result in Christians being in almost all positions of power in the US.

If everything goes to plan you won’t have to imagine.

I’m too tired to find the article right now, but now Trump and Vance are threatening Catholics and Lutherans who have been helping immigrants with food and shelter etc. WTF! Jesus would be so proud. /s I thought Vance was a Catholic.
