Mutiple Stabbings At White Supremacist Rally in Sacramento

The report says people were hiding their identities with "scarves"?

Were there counter-demonstrators wearing bandanas on their lower faces to hide their identity? I ask because that's what Anti-Racist Action used to do back when they were violent. Pulling their bandanas up was their sign that they were about to visit violence on a "big" (bigot), although to my knowledge they only used life-threatening violence on neo-Nazi skinheads.

Among all those motherfuckers, there wasn't a single good guy with a gun?

For shame White Power. For shaaaaaame.

They found a gun, no?

And there hasn't been near enough released to the press to figure out what happened except that some people claiming to hate fascism tried to use intimidation and obstruction of lawful behavior to silence views they disagreed with...

What really would happen to the word 'racism' if everyone did inter-marry?
...err, excuse me. I mean, inter-breed.

It'd be like that Star Trek ToS episode where there were two warring aliens, each of them being white on one half of their bodies and black on the other. They fought to the death out of sheer, unrelenting racism, just like everyone else on their home world, because apparently it matters which side of you is white and which side is black.

What do you mean "if"? '
And the word 'racism' is already divorced from its actual meaning most of the time anyway - see the post by "Antifa Squad".

Then bigots would simply find some other demographic basis for hating people.

In America, there are two main root causes of racism. One is the natural human tendency towards an "us versus them" mentality. The other is that rich white people use racism to distract poor white people from the fact that they are screwing them over. After all, you won't spend as much time thinking about how much less you have than rich people if you spend most of your time thinking about how much better you have it (or how much better you are) than some hated and feared external population.

The first instance was rich people being afraid that white indentured servants and African slaves would gang up on them as both were being mistreated badly. So they made sure that the African slaves were treated more poorly so that the white indentured servants had someone to feel superior to, then deliberately stoked the fires of hate based on race so that the mistreated whites wouldn't pay as much attention to how they were being treated by rich whites.

You find echoes of this same basic strategy at various other points in American history.

I suspect this history is in part why Martin Luther King jr argued that the problems of racial injustice would never be solved until the problems of economic injustice were solved. The two are inextricably linked.
