The question is should all ethnic only groups be racist or not. The courts should decide on a case by case basis.

Whichphilosophy, those are not racist groups. They do not promote black supremacy, segregation, or racial prejudice. They mostly came into being as a collective effort by an oppressed minority to fight racial imbalances. Were it not for such organizations, we would likely still be stuck with Jim Crow laws and a culture of apartheid. As things stand, we still have a long way to go. If nothing else, Donald Trump has made that clear to a large segment of American society.
