Where was this video shot? If in DC, it's not illegal to use marijuana on private property, nor is it illegal to possess less than two ounces.

According to state and local authorities, but Los Federales would disagree. The Malia thing is a non-event, but Obama is in a position to fix this issue. There's no reason pot should be scheduled as it is (I'd argue at all). Basically everyone in the US does, or has smoked pot.

......But, SOMEhow.....the DEA has established they are THE agency/entity that's ENTITLED to job-security......and, eliminating HALF their responsibilities would deem that assumption.....at the very-least.....questionable.

Making marijuana illegal is a good way for the government to intrude into the lives of millions.

It is a good way to justify the government intruding into the affairs of other nations.

It is a good excuse for government malfeasance.

Governments rarely give up these good excuses to intrude, especially when people are making money off it.

No matter how insane the claims for illegality are.

We shouldn't put up with it. A population trained to act democratically instead of trained to be passive observers wouldn't.
