That is incredible. Shot a person who doesn't have a real gun... I mean, they figured that out right? Or did they just shoot him and take 5, except for restraining the sister? I understand that you probably need to not taint the scene, but shouldn't they have recovered the gun for safety reasons? And then say, OMG!

Regardless, I'm sure there is someone around here that can justify what the officers did.
