Mr. Rogan has said he will probably vote for Mr. Trump. If true, this would be an opportunity for our glorious bully to "debate" in a friendly environment with a friendly "moderator".

For Mr. Trump is analogous to a dog owner holding their dog's balls in order to reassure him.
 
I still think Trump is going to find some way to weasel out of the debates, and blame Biden for it.

I don't see what his problem would be with the first debate, which is hosted by Fox News. Biden agreed to that, and they are a barely disguised front for the Republican campaign. The second is hosted by CSPAN and the third by NBC (not MSNBC). That's as friendly as it can get for Trump, given that Biden has to agree with the venues. Otherwise, we'd be having OAN and Rush Limbaugh hosting the debates. CNN was locked out of hosting this time, even though they have been a regular in the past.
 
Rogan isn’t part of the corporate press. He probably has a larger audience than many of the legacy media outlets. If Biden doesn’t do it, it’s a win for Trump.

Unfortunately, Trump is the Schrodinger's Taint of politics. Every tweet of Trump's has an equally diametrically opposing tweet that disqualifies his original position. I'll give him a week before he contradicts himself yet again.
 
What's the problem with an audience? His Flatulence does rallies. He doesn't care, he's far from the crowd and thus isn't going to get infected.

I like Rogan. I listen to most of his podcasts (although I could care less about MMA and skip those). But he dosn't like Biden. Hates the democratic leaders in California. And three of his buddies (Tulsi is one) are the ones trying to get a third party going that will help Trump. While not an advert Trumpster, he supports him. He's not fair to Biden. I don't think that Biden should go on his show.

I think Biden should get Stephen Colbert to offer to host a 2 hour online debate with no audience.
 
And if Biden does it, Trump wins. And if Biden does it and clearly embarrasses Trump, Trump wins.

Because after 200,000 dead bodies doesn't even make them bat an eye... there is no way to interpret any event and not consider it "Trump wins".

A week? A couple hours max is more like it.

But that's okay because his followers only hear the parts they want to hear. And by saying the opposite a couple hours later he might pick up another vote. He certainly is going to lose any votes that way.

Most likely scenario is Trump's aides/handlers saw this, screamed, "Leave Trump unsupervised for FOUR FUCKING HOURS!?", shat themselves an aneurysm and shut the whole idea down discreetly.

I can't prove any of that, I am dead fucking certain that is what happened.
