In particular, Russians choose not to bomb civilian airports and infrastructure in general. And Ukrainians moved all their remaining planes to civilian airports after russians destroyed military runways. And they fly it very low now which prevents long range radar detection.
Also Russian are not trying to storm cities, because that's going to look very bad no matter who does that.

It's not going as bad as Pentagon/Media says. You just need to be more critical to propaganda you being fed.
