ABC has just Cancelled Roseanne after she sent out a nasty, bigoted tweet.
 
Her Twitter feed is insane, completely unhinged tinfoil derangement. It's long been like that since before the reboot.
 
Uh oh. Get ready for the right-wing onslaught about free speech and a huge mega-corporation just silence Rosanne's right to make bigoted 19th Century race relation jokes.

The one about Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes? Don't you think that's quite a politically correct overreaction?
The tweet did not make any sense unless she accidentally meant to write it about Mohammed Al-Zahar, the Hamas leader. He looks like he could have been a Planet of the Apes extra.
 
People are talking about her "deranged" twitter feed, but literally she's deranged. I feel sorry for her. She's mentally ill. It's unfortunate, but life isn't fair. Someone with mental illness may have problems with keeping up an audience.
 
For those who have not seen the story: ABC cancels 'Roseanne' after star's racist Twitter rant

And Sara Gilbert, who plays Barr's daughter on the ABC sitcom, tweeted that Barr's comments are "abhorrent and do not reflect the beliefs of our cast and crew or anyone associated with our show."

Gilbert added: "This is incredibly sad and difficult for all of us, as we've created a show that we believe in, are proud of, and that audiences love — one that is separate and apart from the opinions and words of one cast member."

Barr is notorious for tweeting about pro-Trump conspiracy theories and other controversial topics. This week she repeatedly attacked prominent Democrats.

In one of the tweets, she wrote, "Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj."

Barr was responding to a comment about Valerie Jarrett, a top former aide to President Obama. She replied to CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski and said it was "a joke."

Realizing how stupid her tweet was, she apologized for it and said she was leaving Twitter. She discovered too late that her leader's behavior is not something that it is appropriate to emulate.

Not certain. She could sign up with The Blaze and her show, now with Ann Coulter starring as Jackie, seeing Jackie losing her liberal mind and shooting up a school.
 
I want whatever drugs she is on or was on to permanently weaken her self control. Anxiolytics mixed with antidepressants?

That's too bad. I hope this won't affect the careers of the other actors. For instance, I'd love to see that guy from The Big Bang Theory parlay his role on Roseanne into a series of his own.

Also, reading about her twitter feed, isn't the one that she got fired for about the least offensive thing she's written in past couple of years?
