Wow, I did not know that, what else you can tell me?

It's amazing that someone can be so ignorant of the subject upon which he propounds so stridently.
Anyone who has read even a cliff-notes version of Putin's biography knows he was stationed in East Germany, and was able to save his own life from an angry mob with hollow threats - in German.

Oh yeah? Well, you're wrong you stupid libtard because LET'S START TALKING ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON INSTEAD! URANIUM ONE! BENGHAZI! BUT HER EMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAILS!

And Alf Bank. Never forget Alf!

I think it's funny that Trump's line for past two years have been that "THERE WAS NO COLUSION (sic)", and now Giuliani is implying that even if there was collusion, it's not a crime. Hah. This is going to make such an entertaining comedy movie one day.

No shit.
"No contact with Russians - no collusion"
"Only a couple of contacts with Russians but no meetings - no collusion"
"A meeting about adoptions - no collusion"
"Ok it was about HRC dirt but we didn't get any - no collusion"
"Ok maybe a little collusion, but that's not a crime"
"Ok it might be a little bit of a crime but nothing to bather The President with"
"Yeah, I might be a 100% traitorous, self interested asshole, but I'm President and you're not!"
"My jailtime memoirs are the best-selling jail cell memoirs of all time!"

....and we all lived happily ever after.

It's amazing somebody would survive here with broken sarcasm detector for so long.

Somewhere in there, you forgot, "Okay, it's collusion, but EVERYONE DOES IT!"

Now Trump is saying it as well. Don't they get whiplash from changing positions so frequently?

Hey, did you notice that you're supposed to switch from saying that collusion didn't happen to saying that it happened, but isn't illegal? How are you going to rationalize the sudden change in positions?

Friendly reminder: Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were not charged with any crimes called "collusion," and yet were convicted and executed for colluding with the Russians. The actual charges for which they were convicted happened to be called things other than collusion.

As far as I am concerned Trump should be in prison for Trump University and his earlier activities

But not for conspiring with the Russians to undermine the integrity of our elections?

Speaking of which, in case there are any conservolibertarians still pushing the "no collusion" line:

http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/357779-read-the-full-list-of-charges-against-manafort

One of the charges against Manafort is "conspiracy against the United States."

So if anyone here has conservatives screaming at them "point to a single charge of collusion," this is the charge you point to as a most recent example.

Meanwhile in "What dimension do we live in?" Trump launched a Tweet of notable concern.

President Ellipsis said:
..This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further. Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!
The question is, is that an order? Trump is big on being stupid and not realizing that he is President sometimes and that his word means something. Is this Tweet an order to Jeff Sessions to fire Mueller or is Trump just raising the rhetoric as his former Campaign Chief is going to have a lot of stuff entered into the case in a court room that will likely send him to jail, minus a pardon.

Vox-A Russian newspaper editor explains how Putin made Trump his puppet

“They consider him a stupid, unstrategic politician.”

That's an insightful analysis by Fishman. I particularly liked his description of how Trump and Putin differ:

I would prefer to talk about how they're different, because those differences are so obvious and extreme. They come from very different worlds. Putin is an ex-Soviet intelligence officer with all that that implies. Trump is a colorful American businessman and showman.

In their habits, they're radically different. Trump is a posturing performer, full of idiotic narcissism. He appears to be a disorganized fool, to be honest. Putin, on the other hand, is calculating, organized, and he plans everything. He also hides much of his personal life in a way that Trump does not.

Then there's also the fact that Putin is so much more experienced than Trump. He has more than 15 years of global political experience. He knows how to do things, how to work the system. He makes plenty of mistakes, but he knows how to think and act. Trump is a total neophyte. He has no experience and doesn't understand how global politics operates. He displays his ignorance every single day.

Asked why Trump behaves in such a fawning way towards Putin:

That's a good question. Why does he like Putin so much? I think Trump sees Putin as a kind of soulmate. Let's be honest: Trump is not a reflective person. He's quite simple in his thinking, and he's sort of attracted to Putin's brutal forcefulness. If anything, this is what Trump and Putin have in common.

When asked whether Trump wanted to rule America like Putin rules Russia, Fishman said:

...Again, it comes to back what Trump and Putin have in common. They're both male chauvinists. Trump probably admires the fact that Putin is the kind of guy who feels the need to ride horses shirtless; it appeals to his authoritarian instincts. But this is about much more than imagery.

They are both illiterate people in a way. They're not widely educated. They do not believe in institutions. They see democratic institutions as burdens, impediments to their will. They don't believe that social and political life should be sophisticated; they think it should be simple.

And this sort of thinking naturally concludes in one-man rule. I think Trump will fail, but there’s no doubt that he shares these authoritarian impulses with Putin.

“He did not participate in any meeting about the Russia transaction ... the president did not,” - Rudy Giuliani

There was a transaction???

https://investigaterussia.org/media/2018-07-30/giulianis-strange-second-meeting-mention
Jebus... it is like listening to Dale Gribble!

To recap:

Trump's son, son in law, and campaign manager knowingly met with an agent of a hostile foreign government with the purpose of undermining our election.

And Trump knew.

Then they all lied about it. Repeatedly.

I am at a loss as to why they shouldn't all be removed from the White House and sent to the big house.
