I think it is amusing that they target California. Why only California? Afterall, her margin of win in California was about the same as his margin in Arkansas. It isn't as if she got 100% of the votes in California. And while it is the most populous state, it isn't that much more than Texas. Do they want to eliminate Texas, too?
Because they are morons appealing to even bigger morons. It's the most populous state that goes strongly blue every election. It allows them to use the vacuous "it's just one state" argument as though it makes any difference whether all those US citizens are within the boundaries of one state versus 10 states. It doesn't.
Only to the minds of blathering idiots does "don't count California" sound like a more reasonable proposal than don't count Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, West Virginia, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Kentucky, and Oklahoma.
