The Democrats are going to rig the next election the same way they cheated last time

Maybe the Republicans will surprise us and actually do a great job. We’ve been wrong before, after all. ;)
The good thing is that come January 20th we will have Trump’s economy, which will be the best in the world, with low unemployment, low inflation and record high stock market and the Republicans likely won’t want to do anything to mess that up. So, if they can talk Trump out of his tariffs, all they need to do is hope that prices and rents go down and they’ll win another term after that.

"I have investigators in Hawaii and they can't believe what they are finding out." (The Asshole, 2011)
Trump voters = people who don't get The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf.
Think about it more carefully.

He was probably telling the truth. His investigators couldn't believe there was nothing they could pretend was a problem.

Well, that's ingenious (which makes it untrumpian.) To believe that, I'd have to believe he actually coughed up the money to send investigators to Hawaii. In his cheesy head, it costs nothing to just make up the whole thing and assume it will never be looked into.

Those Democratsc went and stole another election and gave to Trump .🤪
What I have read is the Republicans got smarter this time around and used Democrat tactics for the mail in voting this time. This time around the Republicans gathered "low propensity" Republican voting lists and specifically canvassed those people to send in their early ballots. Thus people who normally don't vote caused thousands of instant Republican votes. I have read there were more Republican mail in's than there were Democrat mail in's this time around.

Was this illegal? No. Was this immoral and lacking integrity? Yes, other than the fact the other side did it during the pandemic.

Did it work? .....Trump did get elected. Most likely for different reasons but this would surely have been a contributing factor.
It also helped that millions of people who voted for Biden in 2020 simply didn’t vote this time. Trump’s raw numbers didn’t go up by nearly as much as Biden/Harris raw numbers went way down. Everywhere. Even in the solidly blue areas.

Déjà vu- I posted that exact same optimistic sentiment on talkfreethought after the election in 2016, and just like this post, RVonse responded with approval to my post. (Of course, I didn't have a sarcastic smiley at the end of my post in 2016.)

My optimism was misplaced. Trump proved to be everything we suspected him to be. He is a criminal with no sense of shame. He is a buffoon who swoons for our enemies and scorns our allies. He is lazy, narcissistic, duplicitous, petty, foolish, easily triggered, vicious, vacuous, unprincipled, undisciplined, and stupid. His character is and was a known quality. I was willing to

How anyone could convince themselves this man possesses any virtue whatsoever is baffling. I've asked a few Trumpers for what they admire most in the man, and they mention a few things. Some talk about how bad his opponents are (non-sequitur), some list a personal quality I can easily refute with examples (self-deluded), some mention one of his stated policy goals which turn out to be objectively bad for the economy and/or non-1%ers (ignorant), or unnecessarily cruel or unjust to a minority group (bigoted). Those are his supporters: People who literally can't think of anything they like about him but have been convinced to think the alternative is worse, fools who's perception of reality is twisted in to an Orwellian doublethink to think Trump possesses the opposite of all the qualities he has repeatedly demonstrated, uneducated dumb-asses who believe in fantasy versions about how fundamental structures in the world work, and racists/bigots who think the key to prosperity is to excise or intimidate certain types of people until they disappear.

Agree, but democrats are exactly the same.

Bruh, you barely know anything about Russia, and we're supposed to take your word on America?

I'd rather have a drink with you than reply in kind.

Were you told to say that or is that stupid statement all your own?

You asserted above that "ballet mailing should be illegal if they can not design a way to prevent fraud". Where is the fraud? What is your evidence. I live in Oregon. We've had ballot voting for many years. Where's the beef? You got the goods or are just spouting BS?
I'm wondering why - since the election turned out to be a big win for his party - RVonse has not yet stepped back in with all the evidence of "fraud" this time around. I mean, the title of the thread isn't "the Democrats might try to steal the election" but rather that they WILL try to steal the election, and that the previous one WAS stolen.

I wonder when we'll get that report from the blue ribbon Presidential panel proving that they stole the 2020 one, but this time around they tried, but were thwarted because....reasons?

Now that I think about it, the last time Trump won, he appointed just such a panel, and they quietly disbanded after finding no proof that "millions"of "illegals" voted for Hillary, pushing her to victory in the popular vote. Weird how the entire GOP is silent on "stolen election" claims now that they've won...

I am glad they did to good effect though if for no other reason than to highlight the huge effect that mail in voting generates. It's not technically voting fraud but it completely screws with a lot of other factors from polling or to whether a candidate will debate after some states start their mail-ins.

Also interesting is people that mailed in ballots and then had a huge change of heart before the actual election. There were supposedly some latino's in Florida going door to door for Harris after they had sent in their mail in ballots for Trump. Once you vote a mail in you can not change it again before the election. No matter how badly you want to.
"If" "Maybe" "I've heard" Fuck off.

This is entire horseshit and is proof why no one should trust you on anything you say ever.

Because even you don't even believe the shit you type. Maybe. Anyways I heard it off a guy that you are full of it. Possibly. But you can't tell. You never know, do you?

The interesting thing about RVonse's post is the it was Biden who outperformed on the Exit Polls in WI, MI, and AZ, but didn't do as well in the final tally. Winning each of them, but by smaller totals. Yet, RVonse has this odd idea that it was the complete opposite. That can only really happen when someone isn't paying attention to current events and lets noise being the source of information.
I suspect it’s not about not paying attention. In my few trips into the US I noticed FOX news just kind of on everywhere. Some of the radio I listened to in the Midwest was surreal. “Fishin’ with Jesus” was one program. Lots of Rush L.

It’s not that people aren’t paying attention.
