The Follwers of the Religion of Peace

Many Christians think "the serpent" was Satan. But..
Genesis 3
3 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Just a beast.

14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

This verse otherwise makes no sense if we are talking about Satan, as a semi-divine being.

Yeah, there is no mention of an Angelic revolt to be found in the OT, this was something that developed during early Christian times, partly due to misinterpretation of Isaiah's reference to Lucifer, which was a lament about some unnamed king of Babylon.

Actually, it was an idea found in books that did not make it into the OT canon. Like Book of Enoch. Plus other apocryphal books.

Day Star was an old rag that used to dominate the media back when the Bible was being designed. Funny how stuff works...

Rupert, the red nosed media conglomerate owner, had a very slick means of presenting information.
When all the other media conglomerate owners presented information about him, they would laugh and say he blows.
Then one foggy solstice eve, when the rich noticed they were inciting enough anger to cause their doom,
they said Rupert with your lies so bright, won't you help us avoid getting slain tonight....
And then all of Satan's media, how the shouted out with glee,
we've fooled the masses, we'll write our own history!
