Trump and Easter Bunny

I was reading the newspaper, Dallas Morning News Ithink, several years ago at Easter time. One thing that made me chuckle is that it had a picture of the president of the US and the easter bunny at the white house. The paper pointed out the president was on the left side of the picture.

Was that just someone at the paper following some sort of standard for naming people in pictures or are there really people so dumb they wouldnt know who the president was?

If I were composing the caption for the photo, I wouldn't have hesitated.
