Last night when I first saw this on reddit, my first thought was that his "testing" is going to be done somewhere ecologically sensitive and protected, like the boundary waters or the Alaskan wilderness.

No one does surface testing anymore... for several reasons. But Donald Nobel Prize Trump might just do it regardless.

I wouldn't put it past him to joke about nuking certain liberal cities.
