The burden of proof rests with the accuser to provide evidence not for the accused to disprove an unsubstantiated statement

Trump was caught on tape admitting to regularly engaging in sexual assault. That combined with numerous accusations of assault by many women is strong support that he is a rapist. Whether this particular accuser was among his victims is all that is in doubt.

The burden of proof doesn't matter much when you can just use death threats to make the accuser withdraw her claims.

...unless it's the Donald riling up his toothless minions to deem his opponent a criminal, right? "Lock her up!!" -no due process, or even discussion necessary.

That's different, though. She accused Cheeto Jesus of doing something wrong, and we know for a fact that He can't possibly do something wrong because he has Superior Genes, therefore, she is definitely making up these charges and deserves to die. We don't need a stupid court case to prove anything.
