Trump will win and Hillary is running an inept campaign

The problem with Hillary is not her likability but it is her message. In particular she likes the banksters and she likes rigged trade. But Sanders and Trump are against Banksters and rigged trade and for the middle class this is huge. Furthermore, if Hillary was not likable, she would not be liked by her party so that is not the problem with her. Hillary is also a crook but most people don't seem to care about that either as long as they are hearing what she panders.

And believe or not, I think most people in this country DO vote the issues. That is precisely why I predict this will be a very close election. When it comes to race and sex, Hillary wins. But when it comes to keeping the middle class solvent, Trump wins. This will be a very tough choice for middle class women, blacks, and hispanics.

It isn't any more complicated than that.

Bernie Sanders may be against big banks and "rigged trade" but Donald Trump sure as hell is not. Donald Trump is for or against whatever serves his own personal interests best, and both big banks and "rigged trade" serve his own interests. The reality t.v. guy may know what to say to win votes with a low-information electorate, but let's not pretend he is remotely like Bernie Sanders in policy matters or ideology.

Rigged trade? Why do people whine about NAFTA? When is the last time you saw labels saying "Made in Canada" or "Made in Mexico"?

Trump isn't anything. Sanders wants to break up the banks. Trump doesn't have any policy positions.

Hillary won't sell out our country. She'll take a slice off the top, but in the end, in general, American interests will benefit. With Trump, he doesn't know shit about anything in politics or global interests. His positions will be based solely on those who he puts into positions as his advisors. This is the same guy that had Carson looking for a VP... for a while.

And believe or not, I think most people in this country DO vote the issues.
Trump has no policy positions, therefore that isn't true.

Trump has done very well at giving Hispanics no reason to vote for him. Blacks will vote for Clinton, as they did in the primaries. Trump's positions on Hispanics will hurt him greatly in Colorado, a state he has to win.

What is not to like with Trump Entertainment, but what does that have to do with the Presidency?

You think Bill Blum is from the RNC....

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Blum

Blum left the State Department in 1967 and became a founder and editor of the Washington Free Press, the first "alternative" newspaper in the capital. In 1969, he wrote and published an exposé of the CIA in which were revealed the names and addresses of more than 200 CIA employees. He has worked as freelance journalist in the United States, Europe and South America. In 1972-73 Blum worked as a journalist in Chile where he reported on the Allende government's "socialist experiment". In the mid-1970s, he worked in London with ex-CIA officer Philip Agee and his associates "on their project of exposing CIA personnel and their misdeeds".[2] He supports himself with his writing and speaking engagements on college campuses.[1]

In his books and online columns, Blum devotes substantial attention to CIA interventions and assassination plots. Noam Chomsky has called Blum's book on the CIA, "far and away the best book on the topic."[3] He has supported Ralph Nader's presidential campaigns.[4] He circulates a monthly newsletter by email called "The Anti-Empire Report". Blum has described his life's mission as: "If not ending, at least slowing down the American Empire. At least injuring the beast. It's causing so much suffering around the world.

Well if he thinks Hillary Clinton is worse for American foreign policy than Donald Trump, Blum is a fucking idiot on this topic regardless what he's done in the past or may do in the future.
Maybe Blum could hook up with Phyllis Schlafly, as they seem to have a common nuttery; and I hear that Schlafly needs help dealing with her rebelious daughter...

Faith leaders, she said, need to recognize that the “amount of immigration allowed by a nation is a political matter, not a religious one” and that they cannot hold out for an ideal candidate because “Jesus will not be on the ballot.”

Touting the rise of a far-right party in Austria, Schlafly said conservatives who have religious reasons for supporting immigration reform should instead get with Trump’s anti-immigrant message because it has proven to be more politically popular.

Globalists who demand that the West accept a wave of Muslim refugees have obliterated the face of Germany and are threatening to do the same to America, warns conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly.

“This massive immigration is simply changing the face of the world. It’s already changed Germany. Germany isn’t German anymore,” Schlafly told WND. “We want America to continue to be American, with our values, our Constitution’s values. The people who want to make us globalists do not have the best interests of our country at heart.”

As a fitting conclusion to a week of broken borders, on Friday, Nov. 20, the Obama administration petitioned the Supreme Court to overrule the lower federal judges who blocked his executive amnesty of five million illegal aliens. Tell your elected public officials to just say no to Syrian refugees.

Is "low-information" code for ignorant or stupid?
No... it isn't code. It is clearly what it is supposed to mean. Both sides certainly have low information voters. The right seems to have a bit more in the misinformed voters. Like the people whining about Obama apologizing for the atomic bombings in Japan.

Is "low-information" code for ignorant or stupid?

it encompasses whatever is the cause:
lazy
stupid
ignorant
wracked by fear
bigoted

whatever causes them to eschew information.

Additionally, they can be extremely smart but just not give too much of a shit about politics, so they don't pay attention.
