I've never seen the first video. Pretty cool. Reminds me a lot of seventies renaissance rock.

They played quite a lot around here before they got picked up and got big. I've never seen them, haven't been to a bar in many years. My wife saw them when they opened for Bob Seger on his farewell tour.

Yeah, pretty much everyone knows Zep is their biggest influence.

This guy, Fujii Kaze, started as a Youtuber in middle school and is now in a record deal at 24 years old. Seems his following is moderately broad but very deep.

Heard this song on "Hair Nation" on the satellite radio coming home from work tonight. 80's metal? Over the top video? Post apocalyptic theme? I'm all in.

The sudden passing of Steve Bronski put me in the mood for some Bronski Beat and The Communards

Only Mickey is left.

Michael Nesmith's mom invented Liquid Paper correction fluid. Younger forum members will probably not remember that, but it was a staple of essay writing college students of my era (70's and '80's). She apparently became rather wealthy with that invention, and MS was never in any financial hardship because of that.

When Pete Seeger was in the hospital and living out his last days, his folk music friends came by to have a vigil of sorts. They stayed by his bedside, playing music for him and singing songs. He left this world surrounded by friends and music.
