What music are you listening to right now? (Warning: Lotsa videos)

It's 8:57 am and I'm at the office listening to Sunday Baroque on the local NPR station.

I find I work better listening to classical vs rock.

Right now streaming a live country concert.

Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 9 in E flat, with Murray Perahia as soloist and as conductor of the English Chamber Orchestra.

Tonight it's Tom Waits, Portishead, and Modest Mouse. I love this one:

I'm listening to The Cars.

A few years before MTV, before "new wave," they were just about the perfect band. Just about every song on their debut album was a hit or single worthy.

Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23 in A, with Murray Perahia as pianist and as conductor of the English Chamber Orchestra.

Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 26 in D, the "Coronation" concerto, with the English Chamber Orchestra conducted from the keyboard by pianist Murray Perahia.
