I'm just a young buck of 58, but the band I linked above is a good one. They've got atmospheric, ghostly songs like that, some country/blues songs, and while they're short on progressive noodle-fests like ELP, the band is absurdly talented. Plus they've got a quirky sense of humor and can pull it all off live:
