What music are you listening to right now? (Warning: Lotsa videos)

Happy 80th birthday Debbie Harry

Parallel Lines was one of the first albums I procured and what an album it is.

Debbie Harry, stunning.

This afternoon I'll be listening to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra.
Ug, I don't want to. But today is the building's annual Summer Party, on the patio benieth my window. And it's too hot to close my window.
Last year it was all Martin and Sinatra. Management apperantly thinks all the residents are in their 90's. :tombstone:

@southernhybrid I was just fooling around with the equalizer on my PC while listening to Otis Redding's "Dock of the Bay," and thinking of Stax Records in Memphis, which I have toured (it's now a museum), and remembering where I was and what I was doing the very first time I heard it. A totally unforgettable experience. Anyway I thought of your love of Soul and that prompted me to look up the youtube and post it here.

Good song. Otis died in a plane crash only 3 days after recording that. Not long enough to see it become a big hit, unfortunately.
