Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 8 in C minor, the "Pathétique," played by pianist Wilhelm Backhaus.

The second movement might very well be the most beautiful piece of music ever written.
 
Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, with Peter Rosel as pianist and Kurt Sanderling conducting the Berlin Symphony Orchestra.
 
Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 1 in B flat, with Vladimir Spivakov as the soloist and also conducting the English Chamber Orchestra.
