How wrong do you have to be if CNN and FOX are joining up against you?

Well, doesn't necessarily mean he was WRONG, but FOX cannot stand a precedent where future presidents can throw THEM out of the pool. The judge sided with Acosta who will be back to work today. The next press conference should be interesting.

Interesting that the judge suggested that CNN would likely win based on existing case law but he also suggested that while he has to follow existing case law he may not agree with it.
