Someone clearly does not know the history,Someone clearly doesn't know how to read a map. And your Schrodinger-esque "Ukraine isn't part of Russia except when it is", horseshit is fucking tiresome. I doubt even you believe the shit you are shovelling. That would be stupid too, and we did not do it.Invading a neighbouring country due to irredentist insanity.
Let me remind you:
1. Eastern Ukraine (which was Russia) was attached to "Ukraine" by ....... Vladimir Lenin
2. The first thing which Nazi Regime in Kiev said when they illegally took power in 2014 was ..... "We need to rid ourselves off soviet heritage". Yes, they literally said that, literally.
3. And they literally started terrorizing russian speakers.
So you see, Regime in Kiev are actually invaders into Russia.
I visited Odessa long time ago as a kid during USSR. It was a russian city then and it is now. Moreover, many of my professors in university (in Russia) were russian jews from there, fine people.
Nobody spoke ukrainians back then in Odessa and noone older than 45 is going to use it now.
It's just stupid to force people to learn basically useless language. Very little was written in it in the past and older folks are not going to learn it anyway. Yes, some village people in western ukraine may prefer ukrainian but even they all speak russian. Western public is utterly ignorant and Deep State uses that fact to push the narrative of (Nazi) Ukraine being a real country, they are not. It's a deeply divided territory where nazis with the help of the US are holding power.
I also served in soviet army with western ukrainians and have some opinions about them as people.
A lot of them died in the last 3 years I suspect. I also knew normal (educated) western ukrainians (in US).
They of course all speak and were educated in Russian and were working at times in russian dominated environment.
