You’re right. I just saw that the economic cost of this water spill is 2.2 billion. The economic cost of the Exon Valdez spill was 3.8 billion. Of course the Valdez spill was accidentally caused by a drunk captain; while the California water spill was intentionally caused by Trump.

That isn't good. Hopefully that isn't a difference maker. 2 billion gallons is apparently about 7000 acre-feet.... which is easy to understand as how many acres high a column of water 1 square foot would be.
