Market isn't certain what it wants to do today, so it is fishing along 0+/-. The 10 year treasury is above 4.5% It is higher than the peak that was likely part of the reason for Trump to pull back most of the tariffs.
Fed is signaling no rate cuts, which makes sense as the numbers for the economy Trump inherited, are looking good. If it wasn't for the tariffs, the Market would have likely popped a bit with the recent good economics news. Trump is exclusively the reason for the market sucking at the moment.

All the hallmarks of uncertainty, which is antithetical to a “good” market. It might go up, it might go down and it’s a terrible time to try to get people or Companies to invest in America.
The markets are really not sucking so much right now; they’re laying the groundwork for some truly MAJOR sucking in the not too distant future.

Yep. Friday the argument was that we need to bring manufacturing back to the US so we can create jobs. Saturday, the industry that we were hoping would move back to the US is exempt from the tariffs, so there is no longer any incentive to move. But.....for the past couple of weeks, we have pissed off the world. From relative stability to....who the hell knows. One thing is for sure though, the rest of the world is losing faith in the US. MAGA.

The world is losing faith with America. The dollar is losing its luster as a result. Bond rates have soared, which makes it harder to fund our debt. And given our gutting of the IRS, and the institutionalization of tax cuts and now no tariffs, how the fuck are we supposed to fund government at all?
The chaos that this shit for brains has created, along with his douchebag doge, is going to reverberate for decades, if not centuries. I am really predicting a serious depression thanks to this fucking idiot. Oh well. We deserve it. We elected him. Hopefully it will mean another up years of Democratic Party rule and maybe the end of the Republican Party all together. That would be at least the silver lining. Too bad it will lead inevitably to pour loss of position in the world and our economic strength as well. Fuck me.
