This is a classical distortion of reality. Yes, early on it was suggested it could have been engineered via gene editing and quickly determined that it was not the case. But as I said before it does not disprove lab leak theory at all. For the third time, Gain-Of-Function experiments do not normally involve artificial gene editing, hence don't leave any evidence of that.
