FFS, we take children away from their parents for accusations of child sexual assault.
In trump's case, it's death threats (or death)I'll say it again, there is more than enough evidence that Trump should be tried or at least investigated. Is the felon guilty of these crimes? That will be up to a jury to decide. He was mentioned in the Epstein files about a 38,00 times. The million claim was false but the 38,000 claim seems to be true based on all that I've read. He lied about the card that he sent Epstein that included an outline of a woman's figure, and I think something about our little secret. His signature was as obvious as his ugly face, but he falsely claimed it wasn't his.Yes, that is what I agreed to. I didn't say what SoHy said, that was SoHy.Indeed, as far as the evidence made available right now, there isn't evidence Trump violated minors or facilitated human sex trafficking. Don't don't even know if Trump was involved in any direct or indirect way. There are very disturbing accusations, however, there was no FBI backup to determine the validity of said accusations.I would say on its own, it is insufficient.Do you consider sworn testimony 'evidence' or are those women just lyin'?I think there is more than enough evidence that Trump should be arrested and tried for sexually abusing young women, including possibly minors.
I haven’t followed this very much so could you cite this evidence? Or do you merely think there must be evidence ?
Of course, Trump's DoJ illegal redacted documents and hasn't finished releasing them, so who knows. What we do know is that this was covered up by State and Federal officials of both parties.
Ah, so there isn't "more than enough evidence that Trump should be arrested and tried for sexually abusing young women, including possibly minors" as claimed earlier.
He lies every time his lips are moving. He's mentally deranged. Why were the files that mentioned Trump not released? Everyone, even Trump is entitled to a fair trial. Sometimes guilty people are found innocent and sometimes innocent people are found guilty. Either way is sad, but at least investigate and arrest the mother fucker and let a jury decide.
?What he did was in no way related to his duties as president, so the SCOTUS ruling should not apply when it comes to the Epstein files. How stupid can anyone be not to see the overwhelming evidence that Trump was involved a lot with Epstein? Over 20 women have already accused him of sexual assault He's made very inappropriate remarks about his daughter in the past. I don't know if he sexually abused minors or not, but due to his involvement with Epstein and how many times he was mentioned in the files, he needs to be investigated.
As a woman who once was able to share a rapist into leaving me alone after he followed me to my car and pushed me inside, I am outraged that so many people aren't taking this more seriously. Women almost never accuse someone of rape who didn't rape them. In fact, a large percentage of women never report a rape out of fear or shame.
Bullshit. We haven’t seen all of it by a country mile. But smoke is evidence of fire, even if it doesn’t mean certainty of fire. And there is a fucking forest fire worth of smoke and legions of Trumpsucking firefighters trying to conceal the “possible flames” (which COULD just be a reddish sunrise, right?)I won't say there isn't evidence. But we haven't seen it if it exists.
And of course, we have the stuff that hasn't been released. Four interviews? Typically not interviewing someone they don't think is viable four times! I imagine the difficult part is the being able to demonstrate in court that her claim is valid and his denial isn't. Independent evidence would be very difficult to come by.Okay, this cam out recently.

Epstein Files Are Missing Records About Woman Who Made Claim Against Trump
Documents released by the Justice Department briefly mention a woman’s unverified accusation that Donald J. Trump assaulted her in the 1980s, when she was a minor. But several memos related to her account are not in the files.
The vast trove of documents released by the Justice Department from its investigations into the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein failed to include some key materials related to a woman who made an accusation against President Trump, according to a review by The New York Times.
The materials are F.B.I. memos summarizing interviews the bureau did in connection to claims made in 2019 by a woman who came forward after Mr. Epstein’s arrest to say she had been sexually assaulted by both Mr. Trump and the financier decades earlier, when she was a minor.
The existence of the memos was revealed in an index listing the investigative materials related to her account, which was publicly released. According to that index, the F.B.I. conducted four interviews in connection with her claims and wrote summaries about each one. But only one summary of the four interviews, which describes her accusations against Mr. Epstein, was released by the Justice Department. The other three are missing.
The public files also do not include the underlying interview notes, which the index also indicates are part of the file. The Justice Department released similar interview notes in connection to F.B.I. interviews with other potential witnesses and victims.
I haven't even read the entire article yet, but I'm "gifting" it so it's not behind a paywall, if other would like to read it.
Bullshit.I won't say there isn't evidence. But we haven't seen it if it exists.
Isn't my statement compatible with what you said? Also, I have several other posts in this thread that indicate the Trump has done enough damage of his own in creating all the smoke. For a guy with nothing to hide, he got secretive of these documents. Personally, I'm willing to believe Trump is such a narcissist that he could have easily raped women and convinced himself that it either wasn't rape or the incident(s) never happened. We haven’t seen all of it by a country mile. But smoke is evidence of fire, even if it doesn’t mean certainty of fire. And there is a fuck forest fire worth of smoke and legions of Trumpsucking firefighters trying to conceal the flames (which COULD just be a reddish sunrise, right?)
No. I have seen plenty of evidence. Even second hand accounts are evidence when they are consistent, myriad and backed by first hand testimony - WHICH YOU HAVE SEEN if you’ve been paying attention whatsoever.Bullshit.I won't say there isn't evidence. But we haven't seen it if it exists.

Nobody denies that you have posted such things. Also, I have several other posts in this thread that indicate the Trump has done enough damage of his own in creating all the smoke.
What??? His tendency toward secrecy is not evidence or even germane in any way. Yes, it is CONSISTENT with his having things to hide. So is me only smoking weed in the garage rather than in the house, but I assure you I’m not trying to hide it. I just don’t want the house to smell like weed. This isn’t 1967 any more. For a guy with nothing to hide, he got secretive of these documents.
I believe Trump is of such enfeebled mind that he needs no self-convincing. He really thinks that if he rapes your ten year old daughter, that’s the greatest blessing she could ever receive. If the people he nominated to the SC rule against him, they’re total scumbags. Etc etc.Personally, I'm willing to believe Trump is such a narcissist that he could have easily raped women and convinced himself that it either wasn't rape or the incident(s) never happened.
That judge just locked the case files for the filegate prosecution. Another one that needs to be impeached.I won't say there isn't evidence. But we haven't seen it if it exists. This isn't like the secret documents case where Trump was caught red handed in possession of them. Of course, a highly partisan judge saved his ass on those crimes.FIFY. You could get two hundred victims testifying in unison with videos of everything they allege, and Swiz would rightly point out that that isn’t PROOF of anything.Indeed, as far as the evidence made available right now, there isn't publicly available evidence Trump violated minors or facilitated human sex trafficking.
The stupidity of people who deny the obvious like that, is forgivable if one allows that they have long since accepted the sexual abuse of children as the price of avoiding insufferable pricks.
“You don’t have any evidence that Trump stole documents and you never will because I said so, because Donald gave me this position!”That judge just locked the case files for the filegate prosecution. FFS, we take children away from their parents for accusations of child sexual assault.
A California child molester once described by a judge as "the monster parents fear the most" has been cleared for release under the state’s elderly parole program, a decision local law enforcement says puts communities at risk and prosecutors are now scrambling to stop.
That's not so bad. In Florida they give them presidential immunity. Here in California we give serial child rapists parole.
Derec, I’m sincerely struggling to see how finally openly discussing the sexual abuse of minors and the likely trading of business and national secrets is a ‘witch hunt.’By all means, everybody that evidence shows is guilty of specific crimes should be prosecuted.Okay, can we please stop the bullshit about this being a witch hunt.
However, this over-the-top response to the Epstein Files certainly has elements of a witch hunt. People keep assuming that everybody in any way connected to Epstein is guilty. Epstein was in contact with a lot of people, and he threw a lot of social events. So, of course, a lot of people will be in the files. Only a small fraction was involved with anything nefarious. And we still need actual evidence to prosecute those that have been. Merely disliking somebody is not evidence of anything.
Another aspect that makes it a witch hunt are these tired insinuations by the usual suspects (like Elixir one post below yours) that anyone opposed to a witch hunt must be a witch themselves. Because, after all, who except a witch would oppose a good witch burning?

I do not think documents should have been released to the public - after all, a lot of people in them are innocent of any crimes.Trump ran on releasing the documents, then he didn't. And then we found out he was mentioned a lot in them. We had Bondi say she had the list on her desk... oh wait no, that wasn't true.
But there should have been a professional investigation and, when appropriate, prosecutions.
That is different than insisting that anyone mentioned in the files must be guilty of something.
Again, I do not think it is helpful to dump all the documents to the public. Too much noise to signal, given how many people had been in Epstein's orbit, most of them innocent of any wrongdoing. That isn't convictable, but it sure creates a certain perspective that Trump was hiding something. They still haven't released all the docs, and many of the docs were illegally redacted. And it took Congress to get the docs released or supposed to be released.
It certainly has elements of one, on this thread. Evidence of specific crimes should be required, and that mere connection with somebody guilty is not enough to cast suspicions. That is a basic principle, and it's ridiculous how quickly some people throw it overboard, and even insinuate that those who want to uphold it must be guilty of something themselves. So, it isn't a "witch hunt".
Is that supposed to be some sort of reference to Sherlock Holmes?Trump is creating enough doubt as it is. We already saw one of the emails from Epstein et al. about how Trump was the 'dog that didn't bark'.
Exactly. FBI as well as state law enforcement (if in their jurisdiction) needs to act on it. And where appropriate, charges need to be filed. But haphazardly casting aspersions (like for example Rebecca Watson did) or saying that people should commit murder just because somebody they don't like is mentioned in the files is going way overboard, don't you think? There is a great deal of video and photos that are likely unavailable to the public. The FBI needs to act on what can be acted on. Why this was covered up by multiple administrations is... oh wait... money and power... that's why.
Thanks. From what I’ve heard from those who have had access to files ( Ted Lieu), there is video evidence of Trump raping children.FIFY. You could get two hundred victims testifying in unison with videos of everything they allege, and Swiz would rightly point out that that isn’t PROOF of anything.Indeed, as far as the evidence made available right now, there isn't publicly available evidence Trump violated minors or facilitated human sex trafficking.

From Derec's posting history , one can reasonably surmise thatDerec, I’m sincerely struggling to see how finally openly discussing the sexual abuse of minors and the likely trading of business and national secrets is a ‘witch hunt.’d) or saying that people should commit murder just because somebody they don't like is mentioned in the files is going way overboard, don't you think?
This is blowing up internationally, with foreign govts focused on it as well as the UN. It's time for a big distraction which needs to draw international attention more so than this.
War with Iran could do it?
