I have actually seen women Trump supporters say women should not be allowed to vote.
No, it is not justified, or justifiable. Not owning a home is not a crime. In addition, detaining these people has to be justified
What exactly do you think happens when a homeless encampment is "cleared"?No, it is not justified, or justifiable. Not owning a home is not a crime. In addition, detaining these people has to be justified
What a moronic thing to say. Nobody ever said that not owning a home is a crime or should be a crime.
A plague on both your houses.Your party<rest snipped>... If you think you can quote CS and/or a tradwife influencer saying anything that backs up your accusation that they hold the views you attributed to them, knock yourself out.... I provided concrete examples of what I was talking about. You... accuse me of dire crimes, but offer no evidence at all except your own assertions.
...
Yeah, I've never heard of the phrase "trad wife" being used online except in the way Politesse has described. Laurwn Southern, Erika Kirk etc. But I have full confidence in bomb being able to provide examples so it doesn't look like he's talking out of his arse.
What is it you think I need to provide examples of? I already posted numerous examples of Poli strawmanning his opponents. If you're talking about examples of "trad wife" usage, that's CS's claim, not mine. What did I say that you think looks like talking out of my arse? What did I say that you even disagree with?... as per the #tradwife manifesto? ... Most women have other perogatives than just being a domestic servant to some asshole they met in secondary school...
I think you need to read that again.Yeah, I've never heard of the phrase "trad wife" being used online except in the way Politesse has described. But, since you ask, here's an example of the phrase "trad wife" being used online differently from the way Politesse has described:

Talking out of your arse then. Can't say I'm surprised. Sydney Watson would agree with you by the way. Play your games Bomb. Okay, I read it again. So, backing up your proof-by-blatant-assertion with a proof-by-repetition and a proof-by-ad-hominem. Good on ya.Talking out of your arse then. Can't say I'm surprised. Here's how Poli describes the way the phrase is used: "never been remotely ashamed of their Christian roots or 50s values and aesthetics."
Here's how CS describes the way the phrase is used: "a derogatory term directed toward women who want to have a traditional marriage i.e. husband and children."
In your opinion, is the characterization "just being a domestic servant to some asshole they met in secondary school" more an unashamedly 50s Christian sentiment, or more a derogatory sentiment? Looks to me like Poli's post was a splendid example of exactly the phenomenon CS says he's observed progressives engaging in. YMMV.

Otherwise known as their voter base. The solution is simple: the DNC needs to vocally distance themselves from these tiny groups that are dragging it down.
We knew exactly who he was, and what he planned to do. If you voted for that narcissistic madman to be president because you felt aggrieved and personally insulted about some "rude" tweet an online leftist made, you deserve every cent that the turmoil he created is costing you. You made an important decision for a petty, stupid, selfish reason, and I hope you do feel some guilt for that.Trump didn't sweep the swing states and gain in all but one demographic for no reason.
You have been asked and have not at this time provided proof of the left "constantly bombarding social media with anti-family messaging."2. The left, as has become their norm, is out of touch with the average voter and simply isn't aware of the invective constantly bombarding social media with anti-family messaging.
WTF is that anyway? You have been asked and have not at this time provided proof of the left "constantly bombarding social media with anti-family messaging."2. On that subject, there's a phenomenon going on that I think tends to get overlooked...There are two possibilities here.
1. It's a disingenuous game that's being played. In this case it's that "tradwife" isn't a pejorative used by the overly vocal far left to describe the traditional family. Therefore, such pejoratives cannot possibly effect voting outcomes.
2. The left, as has become their norm, is out of touch with the average voter and simply isn't aware of the invective constantly bombarding social media with anti-family messaging.
I think both are true. Whatever the case, the Dems aren't winning any portion of these demographics back to their side when they give voice to or don't separate themselves from these minuscule groups of insignificant voting blocks, which in turn ignores or minimizes the struggle that all but a tiny percentage experience on a daily basis.
The solution is simple: the DNC needs to vocally distance themselves from these tiny groups that are dragging it down. Trump didn't sweep the swing states and gain in all but one demographic for no reason.
That's not how it works. Trump didn't sweep the swing states and gain in all but one demographic because of people sitting on the fence deciding which party to vote for. Trump's share of the electorate went up from 2020 to 2024 by one percent. Harris's share of the electorate went down from 2020 to 2024 by eleven percent. If in fact the left being out of touch with the average voter is costing it elections, the mechanism isn't by driving people to the Republicans but by driving people to stay home.He thinks people using tradwife as a pejorative makes them not want to vote for Democrats, as if tradwives were sitting on the fence deciding which party to vote for.
Do you think the people Harris lost were from the Tradwife contingent, even a little?

Statistically it's a near certainty. In the first place, these influencers have millions of followers. No telling how many are just viewing for the entertainment value vs embracing the lifestyle, but there have to be at least tens of thousands in the contingent, maybe hundreds of thousands. Ten thousand people aren't all going to agree about the sun rising in the east, let alone about politics. In the second place, the movement is pretty heavily Christian, and Trump is pretty bad at passing himself off as a good Christian. And in the third place, the tradwife lifestyle's economic viability depends entirely on the husband's wages. There was a time not so long ago, before it came to be dominated by its current base, when the Democratic Party was primarily focused on raising wages. Those trad-Democrat politicians were all too often all that stood between a stay-at-home housewife and her needing to take an outside job to make ends meet. So yeah, of course some tradwife wannabes surely must be Democrats. And yeah, they're likely more inclined to be Biden-Democrats than Harris-Democrats.Do you think the people Harris lost were from the Tradwife contingent, even a little? That's not how it works. And yet if Harris had won I am quite sure you would not claim that she did not have a mandate.YES, there were more Democrats who stayed home than Republicans as compared to 2020. That contingent can and should be framed as an anti-incumbent contingent, i.e. hard to get excited about Harris because she was tied to the Biden administration and couldn't convince too strongly she would change the economic policies, whatever that might mean. Ideas that Trump won due to a culture war or that he had a MANDATE are false.
So what you're admitting is that you actually don't know anything about the tradwife movement, despite trying to correct us all about it? Almost nothing about that is accurate. The date, the economics, the philosophy.Statistically it's a near certainty. In the first place, these influencers have millions of followers. I have explained this here over and over again. If you aren't aware of the phenomenon that's your problem. I'm not going to write a book for you. Please also read what I write. Jesus. I always include something about how this is a tiny minority that has an oversized voice which gives the GOP lots of ammunition to work with. You have been asked and have not at this time provided proof of the left "constantly bombarding social media with anti-family messaging."2.
