Ukraine holds that this is part of the Russian Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies "Rubikon", a drone unit training facility. Does Russia train 14-18 year old children in the ways of war? I know they get small arms training but drone controllers? Russia wouldn't put drone controllers in the hands of children, would they?

Russia has seen fit to restrict freight traffic on the M-14 highway out of Mariupol. This is the main road to Crimea. Seems Ukraine has been hitting it and the H-20, the main route from Mariupol to Donetsk. No details on these restrictions but one Kremlin affiliated Russian milblogger claimed it will make it easier for Ukraine targeting as all freight on the M-14 will now be considered critical military cargo.

Russia all but admits they intend to commit wholesale slaughter in Kyiv.
They say they are going to launch a series of strikes on Kyiv targeting defense facilities and warned all foreigners to leave the city. Well, if they knew where these facilities were, they'd already be hitting them. It's not like any geographic locations save for specific foreign facilities have been off limits to date. So yeah, in dicked up Russiathink, this is we're are going to bomb indiscriminately.
