How should west respond to Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Civilian deaths from the attack were upped to 26. 5 years in. Your guys took some land, part of a strategic city. Ukraine has taken some land also. According to what I've read, Russia has taken 37 square miles from January to July. The Ukranian drone attacks are getting better. Ukraine seems to be gaining steam. What a fucking waste of life though. Meanwhile, Ukraine has been stating over and over that they are willing to negotiate a peace. Russia says no peace (unless Ukraine surrenders). On this basis alone, the arm shipments should be dramatically increased Ukraine. Sadly, I don't think that the war will end until China gets involved.
Crimea is quickly becoming a liability for Russia. Every month Ukraine’s bargaining position improves. I wouldn’t be surprised if they keep the press on, assuming they still have the needed backing of the EU and whatever intel I assume the US is providing.

Increasing Ukrainian leverage is probably why Putin defiantly said there will be no negations. why Purim said there will be no negotiations.

Like Hitler all Putin can do is play it out to he bitter end. Putin has no off ramp.

In he end Hitler was putting uniforms on kids and handing them rifles.

From repeating Cr meas is in bad shape. t was big Russian tourist destination.

And that make you feel good?

He doesn't care. Barbos can't serve in the military because he's too old. He doesn't have any kids that have to serve. No grand kids at risk. No person should favor war unless they are willing to serve themself.

You started this war, and virutually 100% of ukrainian army were forcibly concripted.
But you don't care about any of that. Why should you? you are not conscripted.

still does not compare to efficiency of Ukro-terrorists drone strikes on school in Starobelsk.
Russia has hit numerous schools, hospitals, civilian train platforms, etc.
That's a lie. Russia has not his any civilians in Ukraine.
Kiev regime has at a few occasions intentionally hit their own civilians and tried to blame Russia
It did not work though.
I have to admire your intestinal fortitude to make this post. I can only imagine the look on you face as you clicked "Post reply". Probably like you bit into an apple and saw the back half of a green worm.

What makes this so amusing is you have access to all the information of available to the rest of the us. You know that we know all of this is false, but you have to repeat what you've been given to say.

The most bitter irony for you is you know more about the dire situation in Ukraine than Putin does.

But take heart. The adage, "You are what you eat," applies to green worms too, so it's all apple.
Yes I have access to all information, and that's why I can claim That I considered all the information and came to the right conclusion. You, on the other hand, are denied access to all of the information. You you live in CNN lie bubble. Yet you have audacity to lecture me.

It's an accepted fact that Conflict in Ukraine is the first one where number of civilian deaths is less than military losses and by a huge margin. Yet some assholes have audacity to go on and on about Russia bombing civilians. US killed more civilians in Iran in a couple of months than Russian Army in 4 years.

It is also a documented fact that Kiev regime was implicated in multiple war crimes.

Right on script, but then your life depends on it. It's a little strange that the Kremlin is suddenly concerned about targeting Ukrainian civilians enough to tell you to start denying it happens. A while back you were advocating missile strikes on Kyiv kindergartens. It's a good thing you are so flexible.

Don't look for any lecture from me. It's not my job to make you a better person. I don't actually care.

Here are the two people with full access to all information,
Compare them to yourself you Lingsey Graham butt lickers.

I'm not going to play your childish games. Ukraine legally ousted a corrupt Ukrainian politician; then you guys invaded. Countries having internal political conflicts does not justify a foreign country to invade it. I want peace. You do not. And I have no respect for people who advocate for war but don't have to fight in it or have their children at risk. How many of the old fuckers in Russia that are pushing this war have children fighting in it?

It's too bad that we don't hear from other Russians who are more open to peace and not so pro-war:

I think that the tide is turning. Russia is going into what the 6th year of war?

Utter Bullshit! It was neither legal nor was it Ukraine. It was US state department and it was illegal.
I want peace. But peace is not possible without kicking western scum out of Ukraine.
Ideally they should be brought to justice too.

Ukraine get license to produce Patriot Systems.
What a difference a year makes.

Right, and US got rare earth mining licence in Ukraine in exchange.
You honestly believe these idiots will be able to produce anything in Ukraine when even US can't really produce it in .... US itself. Let alone the fact that Patriot is absolutly useless. It's too expensive against Geraniums and incapable to shoot down ballistic missiles.

Speaking of russian recruitment of drone operators.
That could be exactly as they say it would be.
Independent observers speculate about sudden jump of video quality feed from geranium drones
Looks like russian StarLink is operational and drone operators are indeed far away from the front line

I remember the Cold War well.

In the 70s and 80s I listened to global short wave radio. BBC, France, Voice Of America, China, Russia and other communist states. Vladimir Pozner who was a Russian radio propagandist was a known figure.

On events you could hear the different spins. Pozner was somewhat rational as a Soviet apologist. A lot of it was ranting by the Soviets and Chinese. You could hear it at the UN, like Khrushchev.

Barbos is the stereotypical Col;d War ranting Russian we all came to love to hate. He grew up and was educated in the Soviet communist system. His stereotypical character was mocked in movies. The inept ideological Soviet Russian.

Putin is a product of the same culture. From bios he was a KGB operative in East Germany when it all collapsed. He carried a grudge against the west for the collapse.

He said the greatest tragedy of the century was the Soviet collapse.

Yes, Vladimir Putin was stationed in Dresden, East Germany, as a KGB intelligence officer during the collapse of the communist regime. He lived there from 1985 until his tour abruptly ended and he was forced to return to the Soviet Union in early 1990.During the height of the unrest in late 1989, Putin notably faced angry protesters attempting to storm the local KGB headquarters in Dresden, successfully bluffing the crowd to protect the building's classified files. The chaos and the rapid collapse of the East German state deeply shaped Putin's worldview and his subsequent political career.

What you really want is a tank full of gasoline.

A context for Barbos' rhetoric and bellicose declarations of falsehoods. Now hat I think of it the Soviets were a lot like the way Trump verbally assaults world leaders and countries.

AI Overview
Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev’s most famous interventions at the United Nations during the 1960 General Assembly were marked by aggressive theatrics and impassioned anti-colonial rhetoric. His most notable actions and comments included:The Shoe-Banging Incident: During an October 1960 UN General Assembly meeting, Khrushchev famously took off his shoe and pounded it on his desk in protest. This occurred while the Philippine delegate was criticizing Soviet imperialism in Eastern Europe, and it capped off weeks of tumultuous floor disruptions.Demanding the Secretary-General's Resignation: He delivered fierce criticism of UN operations in the newly independent Congo, specifically condemning Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld, whom Khrushchev accused of acting on behalf of Western colonial powers.Disarmament and "We Will Bury You": During his 1959 and 1960 visits, Khrushchev presented dramatic disarmament proposals and frequently threatened Western capitalism, famously claiming in Marxist ideology that communism would outlive its rivals.Clashes with Assembly Leadership: His speeches were frequently so vitriolic and unparliamentary that the Assembly President, Frederick H. Boland, once famously gaveled him down and refused to allow his insults against world leaders (such as Francisco Franco of Spain) to be translated. To read more about the historical context and the exact timeline of these events, you can visit the UN Audiovisual Library or review the UN News Article exploring the legacy of the legendary shoe-banging event.
